For best results, here is what a successful day could look like:
In the morning, drink 8-12 ounces of water as soon as your feet hit the floor. This will jump start your body and start to hydrate your insides. Take your first dose of OxyPro and Daily Detox. Get a good morning workout in, go for a run, stretch, do yoga, or just have a positive morning routine to start your day with a healthy breakfast.
